Barbecue or barbeque[1] (abbreviated BBQ, Bar-B-Q or Bar-B-Que or diminuted, chiefly in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom to barbie, and braai in South Africa) is a method and apparatus for cooking food, often meat, with the heat and hot gases of a fire, smoking wood, or hot coals of charcoal and may include application of a marinade, spice rub, or basting sauce to the meat. I don't care what you call it... We just love good food from the grill... We have been avid camper's for more than thirty years and believe we have mastered the art of the BBQ Dry Rub. Our rubs were created in the Northern Berkshires, in Savoy, Massachusetts.

To apply our rubs, use a paper towel to pat dry all meat several minutes before grilling or baking. massage the rub into the meat. 250 to 275 degrees on the grill will help prevent the surgar burn.
